Our Mission

Michael Billen is not your average quarterback. He has a weighted GPA of 5.69, taking a total of 9 AP classes in his time at high school. When it comes to the mental aspect of football, he brings the same energy as he does to the classroom. Being a quarterback requires more than physical skill, and Michael instills this in his athletes. He is a student of the game, as he has been playing, coaching, and reffing football for over a decade. He has been employed at Nitro1 Sports for 5 years, while currently being the head camp counselor. His love of the game and mental strength is evident through his various roles in his community.

Justin Griffin brings attention to detail, technique, and experience to training the most difficult position in sports. Throughout his own football career, he faced many obstacles and speed bumps in the road. There was no room for error, and that's exactly how he trained. While maintaining a perfect GPA in the classroom, extra hours were commonly put in on the field and an exorbitant amount of film was watched. This dedication and attention to detail is what Justin hopes to pass on to his athletes. His love for the game extends far past just playing, and his passion for coaching and teaching others has lead him to Billen Passing Academy.
